"Disc Error , No Power , Faulty Draws"

five broken ps2s

So that’s why Sony designed them like that. Easy to pile up the broken ones. There’s a joke in there somewhere. At least there was, 10 years ago.

The auction has ended. They sold for £56 plus £10 in postage. The same seller also collects broken PS2 Slims, broken speakers, broken digital photo frames and broken CD players.

Well, there’s not really much left to choose from, components-wise, is there?

NEGLECT/MISUSE WORKED UNTIL BROKE

"Skull Candy Ti Headphones Spare Or Repair"

“Hi I have for sale a pare of skull candy ti headphones witch are in good working order “

A pare in good working order, eh? Ok, go on.

“(there is no sound in one side not the snaped one ) but one of the extending sides has snapped this hasn’t effected the sound and are still working fine”

Interesting interpretation of ‘good working order’…

“(if not extended the damege is un noticeble) the other side if ok”

Although, by ‘ok’, you mean ‘silent’.

“I bought these about an year ago and payed £80 for them so grab a bargain “

Headphones with one side snapped and the other giving no sound.
Previously £80, now £24.
Bargain.

"Sega Gamegear console x 3 spares or repair"

“Hello and welcome to my auction. Please take a look at my other listings – there are some real gems listed.”

Indeed. These two in fact:
A Mk2 Master system that is

“Far sexier than the mk 1 release and takes up less space and this really is the one to get the respect from the retro gamers.”

and a Mk1 Megadrive which

“…is a good honest machine, far sexier than the mk2 release.”

Sega owners. As mentally well-balanced as ever and not in the least bit unhinged.

“Too good to bin and a genuine part of video game history”

Well, they’re video game consoles, so that’s a given isn’t it? The Panasonic 3DO is a part of video game history, doesn’t necessarily mean you’d want one…

“Battery bays are clean and never leaked in”

Sorry, CrispyF, this is the closest so far…no gravy I’m afraid.

“You get every console in the photo – so 3 of them”

Well, you’ve got to hand it to him, he can count.
To three, at least.

“The console powers up and plays OK, however, there is a fault in that one of the connecting pins in control pad port one in the console (the upper left pin) has bent over. This means that the pad doesn’t clip in as smoothly as it should. I’ve played Sonic and didn’t notice any issues with the missing pin, all of the controls functioned ok. “

However, this does not necessarily mean the seller knows how to play Sonic – they may have just wandered back and forth at the beginning of Green Hill Zone without jumping or super-spin attacking.

"Sega Game Gear with Game & T.V Tuner Spares or Repairs"

“When I tried this one with batteries it did not power up, there was no red light. One of the battery covers is also damaged.
Comes with a T.V tuner and a Super Monaco game.”
Now, I’m assuming that’s Super Monaco GP but you know what they say about assumptions.
For all we know it’s could be a game set in Monaco that’s super.

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFnc6Fdhs2k]

As an aside, does anyone know if the TV tuners are any use to man or beast in these digital-switchover days?
