“is working”? Really? Why’s it being sold as “spares or repair” then?

Ahhh, that definition of ‘working’, right.
Could be ideal if you’re wanting to cut down on the amount of TV you watch?
Or you don’t mind sticking the TV on an undetermined amount of time (5 mins? 1/2 hour? 3 days?) before you want to watch something?
